Product information

Description

Approved lifting attachments with a CE marking enable a safe lifting procedure. According to occupational safety regulations, no loads exceeding 35 kg should be lifted manually.

Strength analysis for the lifting attachment are made in accordance with the standard SFS EN-13155. We will build the analysis model and carry out the necessary strength analyses. We will provide a clearly presented strength analysis report of the structure, stating its endurance corresponding to the provided specifications.

The analysis work does not include strength analyses of any commercial components.

Estimated delivery time of the product: 15 to 20 workdays

Required specifications

The work will be carried out based on a 3D model provided by the customer (purchaser). The customer will provide the following data required for analysis:

Data on materials, loads, and supporting structures
Description of operation
Product information of any commercial components.

Acceptable formats for the 3D model include: step, parasolid and SolidWorks, Inventor, NX, Creo and SolidEdge in native format. Contact us if you do not have access to all the data required for specifications. If needed, we will send you a quote that includes the measuring and 3D modelling work.
